WE ARE ACCOUNTABLE
Paul Ewart Hi-Tech Company’s electronic labor inventory provides accountability to our clients on a weekly basis. Reports include precise information on man-hours used on a particular task with individual performance. We can anticipate for the client the project cash-flow and completion status of the critical steps of the project.
COMPREHENSIVE EXPERIENCE
We are well versed with codes including EPA, OSHA, UBC, BOCA, and NFPA. Our engineers and designers can develop the necessary equipment specifications and documents for the construction stage of the project including equipment selection, design implementation, and bid packages.
We will assist our clients on expansion projects with field walkdowns and furnish a detailed evaluation for capital cost estimating and project scheduling purposes.
Featured Project
Designed a 2000 MT/DAY soybean processing plant included energy recovery and utilities. A new boiler house with auxiliary equipment was designed to supply additional steam to both the existing and a new plant. The headers were interconnected to increase the steam reliability for the entire complex.
Paul Ewart Hi-Tech Company provided specifications for sizing and selection of the conveying and aspiration equipment, duct system, and support structures. We engineered special support bridges to carry the utilities and process piping, together with large conveyors connecting between the new and existing installations. The design and construction were coordinated to avoid any disruption with on-going operations.
Both our planning input, which optimized utilities efficiency, and our equipment lay-out created additional costs savings for this project. Effective scheduling facilitated an early project completion.
