ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects. Works across various Departments to assist the Senior Administrative Assistant.
* Answers the main company phone lines, tracks all redirected calls for marketing purposes. Must be personable on the phone and in person. * Creates, tracks and distributes bi-weekly marketing and sales reports * Works under the Sr. Administrative Assistant to assist in day to day duties including but not limited to proposal writing, data entry, MS Word projects for Executives, Engineers, PM’s and Design Staff. * Assists in the planning of Corporate Outings and meetings. * Calls contractors to set up appointments when needed for HQ’s maintenance. Collects estimates for building maintenance and handles contractor coordination as well. * Provides information by answering questions and requests. 3D Modeler
Modeler must be capable of performing 2D/3D dimensional computer aided drafting and design and assist in the preparation of all documentation, at the direction of the Department Manager, Project Manager or the client’s Project Engineer. Must maintain good communication practices with all PEHTC personnel and its clients’ representatives. Must be able to demonstrate an ability to think independently.

Associate’s degree in Engineering or Architectural Design and four years experience or a minimum of eight years of engineering experience inclusive of any education related to engineering or architectural design. - KNOWLEDGE:
- Position requires incumbent possess the following skills:
Must be able to operate a computer drafting station for extended periods of time. Ability to develop flow diagrams, P&ID’s, facility layouts, elevations, and sections. Ability to utilize field measuring devices such as tape measures.
Must be proficient in 2D/3D design utilizing either AutoCAD® in conjunction with related Bentley or Multisteel add-on packages. Additional software skills: MS Office - EXPERIENCE:
- P&ID's from PFD's, including basic understanding of how standard piping and instrumentation components are typically used.
Knowledgeable and efficient in the utilization of 3D design software to produce 3D mechanical, structural and electrical models for projects under the direction of Department Manager, Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Able to produce detailed structural steel, foundation, and mechanical equipment layouts, electric conduit and cable tray routing plans, sections and details. In addition, ability to route process and utility piping and aspiration ductwork, and HVAC ductwork from a P&ID with minimal direction.
Good understanding of CAD standards, records, files, information sheets, equipment drawing handling and company/client practices.
Ability to read and comprehend civil and structural drawings.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Makes decisions independently concerning engineering problems and methods used to resolve those problems. Represents the company in conferences to resolve questions and to plan and coordinate work. Uses advanced electrical engineering techniques, modifications, theories, precepts and practices and serves as an advisor and consultant with individuals within and outside of the company.
Directs documentation development including the creation of required plans, schedules, section and details related to the projects. Performs conceptual and preliminary electrical systems design and coordinates with Project Managers and clients. Responsible for specific project analysis and design of power distribution, grounding, lighting protection, short circuit studies and controls. Site work includes the review of the existing electrical systems, forensic engineering evaluation and repairs, construction observation and client field assistance. Project Management responsibilities include scheduling, budget moderating, specification development and editing. Supervises, coordinates and reviews the work of electrical engineers and/or designers.
Must also maintain the ability to comprehend to some degree all facets of a project including, but not limited to: structural, process and instrumentation diagrams, mechanical, piping and instrumentation drawings. To gather data and information, the Engineer will be required to climb ladders (both fixed and temporary), to go up and down stairs, and walk through the facility as required by the specific project.

Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level)
This engineer will train with Senior Level Engineers and perform hands on duties in a fast paced work environment. He or she will direct or assist with documentation development, including coordination with other engineering disciplines, Cad Operators, 3D Modelers, and Designers. Performs work, which involves few complex features for which there are precedents. Typical tasks include assisting in developing process flow diagrams and P&IDS, creating basic plant and equipment layouts, working with piping layouts, specifying equipment, and designing HVAC systems and ductwork. Performs Quality Assurance review of own project work, prior to submitting to the department Quality Assurance Coordinator. Preparation of project or design reports.
May include some site work involving the review of equipment design and development, testing of materials, measuring of flow rates, determining locations for connections between existing and new facilities, and other activities of limited scope requiring knowledge of principles commonly employed for a mechanical engineer. Candidate may also be trained or work with other team members to coordinate between the drawings and the physical plant, such as following piping in the field using P&IDs and to comprehend, to some degree, all facets of a project including, but not limited to structural, process, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
